OVERVIEW

The only difference between the ILM Level 5 Diploma and the ILM Level 5 Certificate Qualifications in Business Coaching and Mentoring is that those wishing to achieve the Diploma will be required to complete 100 hours of additional post-course coaching in addition to the work required for the Certificate. The Business Learning Foundation offers full support and guidance in completing these final elements.

For the Diploma, you will need to demonstrate your ability to plan, deliver and review at least 100 hours of coaching and mentoring.
